Our guest blogger is Rebecca E. Parsons, the Chief Creative Force behind Cre8tive Compass Magazine, Cre8Tiva’s Blog and Artistically Speaking Talk Show.

The BlogHER ’11 expo delivered! Bloggers could meet, greet and eat with some of the top brands. I say eat because you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the show. As a food blogger, it was pretty much a kid in the candy shop experience for me.

I began the day with a hug from the Jimmy Dean sun.  How could you not be in a happy spirit after a hug from the sun? It set the tone of the day as I continued on to the the Hillshire Farm Bistro to sample some of their new products. YUMMMM!!!  I enjoyed samples at Pepsi, Knoor, Smores and Twizzlers…Dannon and YoCrunch yogurt, Coffeemate, Bailey’s, Daisey Cottage Cheese…Michael Angelo Pastas, Lindt chocolates, Dove Bars, Kudos, Dole and even a smoothie from McDonald’s. Nobody would leave hungry from this expo.

One of my favorite finds was a new Gladware bowl with a dressing container built into the lid. That will be so useful for taking lunch to work or my blogging road trips.
