For the AAMC Annual Meeting, the exhibition hall supplements the conference by providing attendees with information on the various innovative products and services available. Exhibitors are expected to display their products and/or discuss their services with awareness of the professional and practical needs of AAMC members. The exhibit hall attracts attendees for two days of the meeting. Several meals and a reception are offered within the exhibit hall.
Exhibitors gain access to all AAMC Annual Meeting sessions (November 2–7). Unlike many other conferences, the AAMC encourages exhibitors to attend sessions and learn more about the needs of our member institutions and their leadership, faculty, staff, residents, and students. It’s another great way to make connections.
