The Management Program is tailored to higher education IT professionals who are existing managers and would like to enhance the various practical skills important to effective management, such as interpersonal communication, time management, and performance management. The program offers an invaluable opportunity to share information and experiences with peers and seasoned IT managers from campuses across the country. The intensive program engages participants in interactive sessions throughout the day and into the evening.

The Management Program, created in 1996, is offered twice annually-a winter session and a summer session. The sessions fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early.
