EuraMedia 2012 includes a reception, the first annual meeting of IDEA Russian Entepeneurs and Inventors Association, gala awards dinner, and exhibition of new companies and technologies. The event features speakers from companies like Apple, Yelp, ru.holdings, CTC Media, LMVH, Twitter, Facebook, Odnoklassniki, Vimpelcom, Google, Morgan Stanley, Foursquare, and 40 more, divided into keynote speakers and panelists.
The 2012 EuraMedia Summit will be split into two days, featuring both seminars from high-profile keynote speakers and break-out panel discussions. Day 1 will be dedicated to on-line retail in the post-Soviet space as well as its convergence with the emerging cellular applications market. Speakers will include executives from prominent local and international on-line retail brands as from companies specializing in on-line banking, location-based technologies and marketing, branding and PR, cellular service integration, brick-and-mortar luxury and mass-market goods retailers and service providers, local editorial developers, translation and localization service providers, legal and tax expets, and regional investors and taste makers.
The first part of Day 2 will be focused on the development and monetization of social media and the convergence between the worlds of traditional and social media. There will additional exploration of new technology development and futher adaptation of traditional media sales to suit these platforms. Speakers will include top executives from top regional media outlets, local and international social media platforms, distributors of technology and content for 3D TV, Internet TV, IPTV, and cellular mediums. Finally, top regional on-line news and content providers will discuss expansion and re-creation of their brands to suit the new landscape.
The second part of day 2 will feature VCs, incubators, marketers, entrepreneurs, and inventors of new technologies for the media and social media industries. Additionally, politicians and academics proponing modernization and entrepreneurialism in the region will be on hand to discuss projects sponsored by the public and private sectors. Throughout the day, an exhibition featuring the best and brightest new companies and technology providers will take place in the four-tiered spiraling hotel lobby.
Day 1 will conclude with a reception for all involved. Day 2 will feature a special luncheon for inventors and entrepreneurs, who have been invited to participate in the conference and join the IDEA Modernization and Innovation Club. Day 2 will also conclude with a gala, elite dinner and awards ceremony dedicated to honoring the pioneers and luminaries in regional media and technology development with performances by some of the top “downloaded” celebrities.
Speakers are top level execs from premiere technology, marketing, media, social media, retail, and supporting services industries in Russia and the former Soviet Union as well as top US Web companies, VCs, specialists, etc.
Also, inventors and entrepeneurs who have passed pres-selection contests and produced the best new Web sites, Apps, and technologies in Russia will exhibit.
The audience will consist of senior-level corporate and consultant professionals, representing substantial budget authority. Typical attendee job titles include: corporate design director, brand director, brand manager, VP marketing, design firm principal or director, communication director, design manager, VP, CEO, designer, strategist, educator, and related professionals.
