Registration Information
Exhibitor Showcase Admittance - Registration is required for entrance to the Exhibitor Showcase. Official Expo badges are required for admittance to all conference sessions and the Exhibitor Showcase.
Please Note: Meals may sell out and not be available to late registrants.
Early Bird Registration Discount - In order to take advantage of our Early Bird registration discount, your registration must be received by July 23. If you are registering after Aug. 1, please print your your registration form and bring to the conference.
Cancellations - We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from attending the conference or an event for which you have already registered. If you find that you are unable to attend you may:
1. Send a substitute. Substitutions may be made at any time. Contact PIA prior to the conference or go to the on-site registration desk;
2. Request a refund by Aug. 1 via mail, fax, or email.
Cancellations will incur a $30 processing fee.
There will be no refunds after August 1.
Forms - Please use a separate form for each registrant. Student Registration - Only full-time students are eligible for the discounted rate, and must provide a copy of their student identification card and proof of full time enrollment. Student rate does not include lunch.

As a member your company’s contact information is listed on our website under our Find an Interiorscaper page, which is sorted alphabetically and regionally.
There are 2 additional options available for more exposure on PIA’s Online Directory: - Option A: Email link, $59/year Includes your company name, address, telephone/fax and an email link allowing customers to email you directly.
- Option B: Email link & website Link $250/year ($20.84/month) Includes option A plus a direct link to your company’s website. Allied Trade Memberships include both email and weblinks!
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration, attendance & participation at PIE constitutes an agreement by the registrant to PIA’s use & distribution (both now & in the future) of the registrant / attendee’s image & voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions & audiotapes of such events and activities. If any attendee does not wish to have his / her image or voice used, the matter should be raised in advance with PIA representatives.
