Misty Blair is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She practiced with commercial litigation firms in The Woodlands, Texas, from 2002 until she joined the Houston office in 2006. She has represented and advised clients in a variety of litigation contexts, including intellectual property, technology, science, engineering, construction, employment, contracts, securities, banking, and bankruptcy. Ms. Blair is a registered Patent Attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Jim Tomforde is a founding partner of Insurance Alliance and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and as production manager. Jim serves a diverse group of clientele focusing on the Technology, Energy, Non-Profit and Professional Services business practice areas. While Jim’s experience is deep in all areas, he is particularly adept at designing plans to better control the cost of risk including employee benefit and employee injury costs. He is a Charter Member of TECH (Technology Executives Club of Houston).
Hugh Sazegar is the President and CEO of Techcess Group. He has extensive background in Information Technology, processes and methodologies, which allow him to pinpoint best practices and tailor them for enterprise-level business. Along with co-founder Herve Chappellat, Hugh put his two decades of experience in senior level IT management to work constructing a business that could offer never-before-seen services for SMBs – including fixed fee/per-PC service, unlimited remote Help Desk services, and server virtualization.
Marcus Wagner is the founder and CEO of AcctTwo, a cloud-based accounting technology and outsourcing firm. He has advised dozens of companies about moving their business applications to the cloud. His firm, AcctTwo, uses cloud-based accounting software to deliver outsourced accounting and back office services to medium-sized companies. In addition, AcctTwo acts as an implementation consultant for a leading cloud-based accounting software technology, and has completed several successful implementations.
