The Governors Ball Music Festival 2012

The Governors Ball Music Festival is a two-day, two-stage festival featuring some of the biggest and best acts in live music. The Governors Ball Music Festival will be heading to Randall’s Island on June 23 & 24 for 2012. With more ways to access Randall’s Island Park (public transportation, ferry, car, shuttle/party bus, bike, and by foot), the overall festival experience will be improved and y’all will have an easier time getting to and from the venue each day. In addition, Governors Island is undergoing some pretty serious construction during the 2012 summer season, so returning there was not a possible option.

The Governors Ball Music Festival 2012 line-up will feature an amazing array of performers like Beck, Modest Mouse, Passion Pit, Duck Sauce, Chromeo, Explosions In The Sky, Special Disco Version ft. James Murphy & Pat Mahoney (DFA/LCD Soundsystem), Atmosphere, Devendra Banhart, Major Lazer, Cage The Elephant, Santigold, Built To Spill, Penguin Prison and so many more. Tickets go on sale February 22, 2012.
