David Jones is a Founder of the Talent Enterprise, a Think and Do Tank dedicated to the
elevation of human capital within the region – acting as the bridge between academic rigour and real - world practice, between education and employment and amongst institutions and individuals. The Talent Enterprise is a genuine collaboratory, working with partners to share uncluttered, honest and practical solutions - firmly founded on a deep appreciation of global and local research into human capital potential.

Previously David worked as the Chief Consulting Officer for Aon Hewitt MENA. With 21 years of strategic, consulting and line HR experience working across the entire employee lifecycle, David has lived and worked as a HR professional in the region for over 15 years.

In his role as Chief Consulting Officer MENA at Aon Hewitt, David advised clients on a wide range of HR challenges and directed the development of Aon Hewitt’s evidence-based consulting in the region. He led the growth and delivery of solutions within Aon Hewitt’s practices, ensuring alignment to global thought leadership. David was also responsible for ensuring quality control, as well as for promoting innovation in Aon Hewitt’s solution development through applied research.

Prior to joining the Aon Hewitt Middle East team in 2008, David established his own HR consulting business. Along with his consulting experience in Europe and the Middle East, David has experience working at a strategic level in HR for the aviation, banking, consulting and retail industries, including for the Emirates Group and KPMG.

David is also a regular lecturer at universities including the University of Cambridge, the European School of Management and Technology – Berlin, and the University of Bradford and is a frequent commentator in the regional media.
