Jack Rynes works the Product Management Team at Avaya. He is responsible for the product direction and feature set.With over twenty years in the telecommunication industry in both the Service Provider and Enterprise arenas, Mr. Rynes has worked in every aspect of the industry from Customer Care to Research and Development with such companies as AT&T, Sprint, Sprint PCS, Verizon and NetworkIP. Mr Rynes has participated in the designs of multiple national networks in the service provider arena and in the service delivery side with enhanced service providers.
