Kelly is a Windows Phone Development MVP and the president of Silvertail Software Inc. He has over 12 years of industry experience building Web applications, and has a passion for startups and ideas that can change the world. Kelly is on the organizing boards for both the Portland Startup Weekend and the Oregon Game Project Challenge. He has also been a regular guest on the Sparkling Client podcast.

Kelly founded and previously ran the Portland Silverlight and Windows Phone user groups, which during its heyday included taking a busload of 40 user group members to Microsoft for the Silverlight 5 announcement. He also helps organize and present at Windows Phone Unleashed events in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Kelly speaks regularly at User Groups and Code Camps throughout the Pacific Northwest on Silverlight and Windows Phone Development.
