BIO

Since entering the Internet industry in 1996, I have continuously held positions that bridge the gap between technology and marketing/business operations.  In my earlier roles, I spent more time as a developer; in recent roles, I have focused more on strategies to grow the online business.  I have a passion for developing well designed, easy to use websites that achieve specific conversion goals like generating online sales.

In my current role, I am responsible for setting the vision and managing the search engine optimization (SEO) components of various Bazaarvoice user generated content (UGC) products.

I regularly present at online marketing conferences, including OMS, SES and Innotech, and welcome opportunities to teach and train people who are eager to learn.
